Monday-Funday
Happy Monday everyone!! If you're like me you are not looking forward to heading back to work after such a beautiful, long weekend.
Today I was blessed to spend the day with my family relaxing by the pool and having a good old fashioned BBQ.
When I got home it occurred me to that I would have to wake up early the next day to go back to the "real world." Boooo!!! To ease the shift, I took a nice long bubble bath and gave myself a manicure.

Socialbliss May 2014 Stylebox Review
Socialbliss is a monthly subscription that give you an introduction to the hottest things in fashion, as well as exclusive products. You can purchase style boxes monthly for $39.95, or subscribe to the annual subscription for $35.00 a month.
Unlike Birchbox and Glossybox this subscription doesn't come in a separate box (a box within a box). Socialbliss packages their style boxes in standard shipping boxes (with their logo on the outside) and instead of packing the inside with another box.
With just one rip of the paper you can see all the goodies included in your style box.
Each style box includes a pamphlet detailing the products included. Each style box is the same, so unlike other subscription boxes there is no guessing what your style box will contain- so if you like the element of surprise I suggest not searching anything "socialbliss" or "stylebox" related until you receive yours. I try to hold out and make it a surprise, but as soon as I see the shipping notice in my email I can't help but search the internet for clues at to what might be inside.
I am in love with these cleansing towelettes!! I used some today when I got home from the gym and they work awesome!! Not only does my skin feel clean and fresh but it also feel super soft and moisturized. I am also excited that this is a full size product, so I will be able to use this for quite some time before purchasing more on my own.
I am really looking forward to trying this eyelash curler!! I have super long lashes and rarely curl them because I find some lash curlers to be too difficult to use (too much pulling and off curling) but this version seems like it would be much easier to use!
Your eyes are not deceiving you, this is a FULL size product which retails for $140.00!! I have been dying to try this but haven't had the courage to shell out the cash, and haven't been able to find any deluxe samples to give it a go. Socialbliss really hit it out of the park with this!! This product has been tested and proven to be just as effective as botox or more so!! You only need a dime-sized portion on your face each night so this bottle should last for a while!!
I absolutely love hair ties like this!! They are super soft, and keep your hair in place without pulling your hair. If you're wearing your hair down but think you might want to pull it up later, make sure to put one of these on your wrist before you head out the door- they have super cute designs, so sliding one on your arm will look like you're wearing a trendy bracelet on your arm (until you're ready to pull it off and put it to use).
The Spa Package $15.00
I cannot find a place to purchase this spa package online so I am assuming it is exclusive for Socialbliss. Sunday evenings are usually my "bath nights" where I devote the evening to pampering myself before heading back to work on Monday, so I am looking forward to including these loofahs in my Sunday spa routine!!
Last month's style box features an Izzy & Ali handbag, which I LOVED, so I was super excited to open up this months style box to see a coin purse!!
The suede is super soft, and I really like the tassel on the end- it dresses it up enough you could also use it as a small clutch for those nights out where you need to bring a few things with you but don't want to carry a purse or a big clutch.
This super cute clip was given to the first 200 subscribers who used the code "GLEEFULME."
I love Gleeful Peacock's designs and was excited to receive this clip!! The hardware is super strong so it will keep your hair in place, while giving you a super cute boho look in your hair.
I am very happy with my May style box!! Since summer is here I am already dreaming about what might be included in next months box!!
What do you think of Socialbliss's May style box?
Glossybox June 2014 Spoiler
Glossybox is sold out of May's Begdorf Goodman collaboration box. They've released a spoiler about their June box.
The theme seems to be America, 4th of July, and/or Memorial Day- which is kind of ironic because, if you're like me, your Glossybox always arrives at the end of the month (in the last remaining days of the month) or the beginning of the next month- rarely do you receive a Glossybox in the same month the box is advertised to be. That said, Glossybox is worth the wait. My last box left a little to be desired, and I debated on canceling but I'm going to stick it out for a full six months before I cut the cord (which would be July).

I did some research on the June spoiler teaser to see if anyone else had any inside info or clues, and found a few interesting things:
Through a google search I noticed that the June 2013 box had an "American Beauty" theme. Since the spoiler picture Glossybox just sent out seems to have the same theme (visually, a specific name for the box hasn't been released yet), I'm wondering if they are going with the same theme. I was not a subscriber at that time last year but maybe sales were so good they decided to continue the theme this year with different products.
I also logged onto my favorite subscription box discussion site Makeup Talk to see what else I could find out. My girls did their research too and here is what one user found.

Ayres is an Argentinian founded company, with Argentinian inspired ingredients, which is operates out of Miami, FL.
While Ayres sounds like it makes amazing products, I'm wondering how that would fit with what the theme appears to be, America, or something America related. The information I found out today was great, and provided some insight into what June might hold, but the finds are conflicting- the google search theory goes more in line with the picture Glossybox rolled out. The discussion board find goes against what the picture shows, or at least seems to (through the little research I did on the company).
Maybe the Ayres reference on Instagram and the picture allude to something for an upcoming box, like July? Or maybe it's a deluxe sample that is going to be available on Glossybox for purchase?
What do you think the Glossybox spoiler pictures means??

Honest Company May 2014: Essentials Bundle Review
One of my new favorite subscription boxes is The Honest Company. The Honest Company's subscription is a little different than most subscription services. For example, The Honest Company calls their monthly subscription a "bundle" rather than a "box". You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you can choose which items you want in your bundle rather than filling out a survey/profile and having the company choose your products (you mix a match five items from the list of products they provide). You also have an option to add three more items to your monthly bundle- when you add three or more items to your bundle you will receive a 25% discount on those products. The Honest Company has three different types of monthly bundles: The Diapers & Wipes Bundle (one month supple of eco-friendly diapers and all natural wipes), which retails for $79.95; the Essentials Bundle (natural, non-toxic home and personal essentials), which retails for $35.95; and the Health and Wellness Bundle (vitamins and supplements); which retails for $39.95. I chose to subscribe to the Essentials Bundle.
This month I chose the following items for my Essentials Bundle:
I am pretty picky when it comes to shampoos and conditioners but I was pleasantly surprised after using these- my hair was soft, well hydrated, and was easy to comb. I also like that the shampoo can also be used as a body wash, which is really great, especially if you are traveling and low on luggage space! I will definitely be reordering this combo in future bundles.
I am in LOVE with this detangler!! It smells amazing and does a great job at detangling my hair, as well as adding some extra conditioning. I usually use Perfect10 leave-in conditioner but this has replaced it. I will also be purchasing this in future bundles. The lotion is good as well, very light and smells good, but I have other lotion products like I like better so I may leave this product out of my next bundle.
This toothpaste is great!! I love that it makes my mouth feel clean without being too overpowering. Because the flavor is not too intense, this would be a great toothpaste for kids.
I love this soap!! It smells AMAZING!!! And the best part is that it does not leave a nasty residue or dry out my skin like other bar soaps. This will definitely be something I will be re-adding to my future bundles.
I saw these towels on the website and had to try them out!! These towels are super soft, very absorbent and are 100% organic cotton, which means you can toss them in the washer/dryer with no problem.!! I definitely recommend these!!
Lip Shimmer $5.95
*this item was a limited edition item, and not available for resale, so I am guesstimating the price
This is a limited edition item, which was included in the Mother's Day Gift Set. I purchased one (check out my review) and LOVED the lip shimmer!! I had been using it sparingly because I was not sure when the website would offer this again, but I was pleasantly surprised to find one included as a free special gift in this months bundle!!
Honest Company Earth Day Tote
*this item was a free with a code, so there is no resale value to report
This was a special code add-on. I love that the bag can be folded down to a smaller size so it fits easily in your purse or even pocket, but then also opens up to a bigger size. When fully open this bag is slightly bigger than the reusable grocery bags you can purchase at the grocery store which is awesome!!! I hope they end up selling these on the website or offer it again as another special code add-on because I'd like to have another, or two.
This is my second month with Honest Company Essentials Bundle. I think next month I will be comprising my bundle with the products I've loved the most out of my last two bundles- it'll be hard to choose because all of the Honest Company's products are awesome!

Sephora 2014 Sun Safety Kit Review
For the past 8 years Sephora has teamed up with The Skin Cancer Foundation to create a special edition kit which contains 16 deluxe samples of suncreens, self tanners, and bronzers. Sephora's Sun Safety Kit costs $32.00 (valued at $177.00), and $20.00 from each sale will go towards The Skin Cancer Foundation.
